Below is my first set of nudes in some ten years. Wow. It’s unbelievable to me that I haven’t shot a nude in that long. This sitting was organized through Meetup.com. I was shooting with two other photographers. We worked in round robin fashion. Each taking a five minute turn over four rounds. I left with 47 images that whittled down to eleven below.
Ashley Haven (Model Mayhem#: 52421) was great sport with a good sense of humor. Her professionalism and flexibility made those short shooting turns easy to live with. If I have a chance, I’d work with her again.
My personal critique is that the lighting needs more depth and better fill. The images seem a little flat. I tend to appreciate more contrast. I’d also work more on my posing direction, but again, Ashley minimizes my lack of experience.
She is a real cutie. The cowboy hat gives her a bit of the tomboy cast. She looks like she made your return to nudes fun.

good job man! looks like she had a good time and got some great results. I should come on in for some pics – dressed and nude probly… I like the all-around sort of thing – more choices and results!
